Scorpio or Pluto influenced people & Relationships

Today I’m going to talk about relationships. Any relationships, really, but they must be close relationships. This article will mostly talk about romantic or serious ones, but also serious friendships as well.

First off, when I mean Scorpio influenced the person has at least two Scorpio planets. But even if you have one Scorpio planet, it may not be dominant but the traits will come out in some form or another. ( My only Scorpio personal planet is Venus, but it’s in the 8H and conj Pluto, which adds strength to it ).

Some people may not have too many Scorpio placements, but might have one. However, they could have multiple Pluto aspects to their personal planets. Pluto in the 8H is also a strong indicator, or having 8H placements. Pluto on an angle is also important; Pluto in the 1H, 4H, 7H, or 10H.

Basically, if you’re heavily Scorpio or simply have Pluto aspecting many of your planets/ or have 8H placements, then this is the article for you.

You’re not all about superficial casual friendships or relationships. You’ll enter into one, but you resent yourself for it. There are trust issues, perhaps resulting from childhood rejections, and this is something you need to get over. Some trust issues are good, though. We’re the type of people who aren’t going to naively trust someone and get screwed over, although it might have happened once. We want to make sure that when we make a new friend or a future boyfriend/girlfriend, we want to know they are worth it and in for the long haul.

We feel like shit if we feel underappreciated. We analyze every little thing a partner does, sometimes to the point we go crazy. We are extremely loyal, unless someone really pisses us off, and we expect loyalty in return.

We’re good friends, unless we’re backstabbed. When we’re backstabbed, we cut the person out of our lives for good. We are capable of leaving a friendship or relationship and not looking back, but the letting go part hurts. We want to hang out, but we know we must burn the bridge and let go. We often resent ourselves for giving in to other people.

Some of us have dominance issues, which can tear apart relationships. Some men with these aspects want control over their lovers, because they are insecure on the inside. Some may use manipulation, because they fear being rejected or the woman leaving them.

Some of us may have found ourselves using manipulation to get what we want. Sometimes it worked, other times it didn’t. We have lost and we do not like that, but we need to learn that we lose people sometimes.

Some of us may have a compulsive need to control our emotions. We don’t like appearing vulnerable. We are aware of our feelings and how they impact us, but we don’t like to show them. Sometimes our emotions erupt like a volcano. We can be hot and cold, like fire and ice. We can be passionate and we can be apathetic.

When we love someone, we want their heart and soul. We expect to be given their heart and soul. We can be jealous of anyone who gives our sweetie attention. We’re big on boundaries. We expect devotion and love. We expect intelligence. We seek the truth and probe to get the truth.

Jealousy can get the better of us. Some of us are a slight possessive and other of us want our partner to be our prize. Jealously often rips us apart. We can be cruel when we’re mad. We can say cruel things.

If we feel slighted, our partner gets the cold shoulder or a glare, or a “talk.” We often know when a relationship is going to end because we can just “feel” it. We sometimes hold on longer than we should. We know when someone is into us and when someone is not.

We sometimes burn bridges when we want to end a friendship or relationship. We want nothing to do with them. We remember them, though. Their memory lingers.

Relationships change and transform us for the better. But we gain experience as we get older and become better people for it.

Pluto: Destruction, Power, Transformation, Corruption... And Harry Potter!

I saw the final installment of the Harry Potter movies yesterday; Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two. I’ve been reading the Harry Potter series since the young age of 10 and never bothered to analyze the stories until recently. When I was watching the movie yesterday, I had an AHA! moment. Pluto and how it relates to astrology came into my mind, and I saw a connection of that in the Harry Potter movies and stories in regards to Harry Potter and Voldemort.
As we all know, Pluto is often feared by people. People get their pants in a bunches when they find out they have a Pluto aspect to personal planets, or if they have a Pluto-Mars or Pluto-Moon transit coming on. In astrology, Pluto represents destruction, corruption, power, sex, the dark side of human nature, taboos, the occult and most importantly death. However, Pluto also is associated with rebirth, compassion, transformation, penetration and depth, insight, and devotion. Pluto is associated with the sign of Scorpio and its natural house is the 8th house.
In Harry Potter, we all know about You-Know-Who… a.k.a. Lord Voldemort. He’s the super bad wizard who gets a following known as Death Eaters. They do all kinds of horrors and terrors, turning the wizarding world upside down. Turning the wizarding society upside down, all for Voldemorts gains for power. Often, Pluto in signs often turn our own societies upside down and then we must find an outlet for transformation to change ourselves for the better.
When Voldemort tried to kill Harry Potter ( after killing his parents, of course, on Halloween ), his spell backfired. He was turned into nothing and disappeared for years. Harry was left with a scar on his forehead. This scar had a part of Voldemort’s soul in it, which meant Harry knew what he was feeling and how he was able to talk to snakes.
In the stories, Voldemort had many horcruxes. IN each one, he had a part of his soul in it. This kept him alive and well. Harry Potter and his pals would be sent on a mission in the later stories to kill these horcruxes and then kill Voldemort himself. Aside from that, I’m coming to my point… Voldemort is afraid of death ( Pluto ) and keeping his soul in these objects to keep him from death. They keep him powerful ( Pluto ).
Voldemort is the traditional “dark wizard.” He is ALL about the bad side of Pluto; he had a bad childhood and decided he would take over the world because of it. Great insecurity; great fear of failure. Voldemort was known from a young age he was special; he had great abilities and great power. When he was a teen ( if you read the second book ), you’d see a more charismatic, powerful and devoted wizarding student. You’d know Voldemort ( at the time Tom Riddle ) would be a powerful wizard, but would he use his powers for good or for evil?
Anyone who has read the books or seen the movies knows the answer to that. He used his powers for evil and had an aspirations for dark magic. Forbidden magic. He was interested in bringing people back from the dead. ( Even when Harry Potter mentioned something like that in the earlier books when he was younger, people gasped and said that was dark magic talk. ) Basically, you know, Voldemort creates a following ( Death Eaters ) and they do all sorts of horrors. Voldemort keeps himself in power through manipulation and control. He destroys followers who betray him ( Pluto ).
At the very end of the series, Harry Potter knows he must die in order for Voldemort to die since a part of Voldy’s soul is inside of him. I see this as the rebirth part of Pluto. Harry chooses to go back to life and fight the rest of Voldemort ( by killing his snake, the last horcrux ).
Harry Potter, like Voldemort, had a lot of potential and a lot of power. Just like Voldy, Harry was deemed as special ever since he found out he was a wizard. Over time, he grew more confident ( and other times arrogant ). I’ve never always liked Harry’s attitudes in some of the books, but I felt he was an O.K. guy with potential.
When Harry first went to Hogwarts, the Sorting Hat wanted to put him in Slytherin. Harry was told he would do well in Slytherin. If Harry chose Slytherin, I am sure he’d gain ambition, a lot of friends and could be a high position of power someday ( or be a Dark Wizard like Voldemort ). However, Harry did not want to be in Slyherin because he heard bad people were in it. He wanted to be in Gryfindor so the Sorting Hat put him in there.
Harry, I believe, was at crossroads during his time at Hogwarts especially in the beginning. He could choose to either be a powerful dark wizard or a powerful defender wizard. He held a grudge against Voldemort for killing his parents, so I believe this has helped him from going to the “Dark Side.”
Basically, Harry Potter represents the other side of Pluto, when power is used as a more positive outlet. Harry Potter was a person of power at Hogwarts; he held the DA ( Dumbledore’s Army ) and was able to influence other students to his cause. At the end of the series, he had the Elder Wand, the most powerful wand in the world. He broke the wand to its pieces, showing he had no desire to be the most powerful wizard.
Harry was able to defeat the darkness and help transform/rebuild the wizarding world. Without him, there would be no hope.

Planets in the 8th house

Hello, everyone. Northeast Ohio ( The Greater Cleveland and Akron areas ) are being pounded with snow. I drove out this morning to the Roads of Death, slide in a circle and turned back to my apartment. I am sorry to say I had to skip my Nutrition Communication and Education Skills class. I never miss class. Boo. I am hoping to make my Gen Organic and Biochem II class. That would be swell.

Driving in a White Out reminds me of the 8th house, because one thing it represents is death, the end of things.

Among others, the 8th house represents sex, the occult, depth, intimacy, probing, investigating, rebirth, transformation, obsession, other people’s money, other people’s possessions and taxes.
The 8th house is a very cool and mysterious house. At any rate, I have Venus conj Pluto in the 8H. Whatever that means, LOL.

Sun in the 8H: Your Sun here ties your ego and core personality to 8th house matters. You are very well aware of sex and power, and how the two tie together. But most importantly, you do value sex and intimacy. You’re not one to give up your power ( sex ) to anyone undeserving. Your life is marked by transformations. If something is not going well for you, it is easy for you to transform your life and work with what you got. You might have a “thang” for power, whether it’s in politics or just in your house. You like control, but that does not mean you like to control other people. If you have Sun in Leo or Libra or any other happy go lucky sign, you might have a darker or more mysterious, introverted thing about you, rather than being sunny and radiant. You are naturally drawn to mysteries, the taboo, supernatural, and psychology.

Moon in the 8H: No matter what your Moon sign is, you’re going to be a deep, yet complex and moody person. On the good side, you are deep and able to probe other people. You know when someone is lying and you don’t take BS. It is like you have great intuition. On the down side, you can be possessive, jealous and moody. Your emotional life has intense ups and downs. You can be real mean when you want to be. If you have Moon in Aries or Sag, you’re likely to have a sharp tongue when you’re moody. It’s best if people leave you the F8ck alone when you’re emotional, despite what your sign is in.

Mercury in the 8H: Your mind is tied to 8th house matters. Perhaps you like psychology, anthropology, criminal justice, anything relating to death and morality, Microbiology ( relating to disease and death ), or perhaps you just like working alone or in a biology. This is a good placement for psychology and indicates and interest in psychology. You like to know what makes people tick and you’re able to probe other people. Another placement is anthropology, which deals with the study of humans and their culture. Anthropology is different than sociology. Anthropology digs deep into taboos and culture, and the deeper meanings of why humans do what they do. Science, relating to Microbes and Biology, indicates an interest here. You might also like learning about the supernatural… ghosts, demons, and things that go bump in the night. You might like learning about astrology or past lives. The possibilities are endless. Your writing style is deep, detailed and eloquent.

Venus in the 8H: Even if you have sunny Venus in Gemini or Libra, you’re likely to have a possessive or jealous streak, even if you try to contain it or intellectualize it. Yes, sign does matter. However, in general, you do not tolerate BS and this can be “good” for marriage partnerships. You might inherit a lot of money, or marry someone with money. Or whatever. You generally know when someone likes you or not, whether or not you act on the intuition. Generally speaking, you are loyal, and if you are not, it’s only to piss the other person off. You can be hot or cold in relationships, but you’re able to switch affection OFF with a switch. There is intensity here, but more so in a Water sign or Fire sign.Taboos are associated with this placement ( like prostitution or being a pimp or porn star ) but also sexual frigidity is also associated with it. 8H does represent extremes.

Mars in the 8H: You have a very high sex drive, and even if you don’t have sex a lot, you think of it a lot. You can be aggressive when it comes to sex and intimacy. You want it when you want it. This is also the deal with power. You like power, sex and money. Again, in society, this placement is more favorable in men than women, but there are women like this. Society frowns upon it. There might be fights over other people’s possessions or you might fight with your siblings when Mom or Dad dies over who gets what.

Jupiter in the 8H: Does this mean you will live a long life? Of course not! But this is “good fortune” or at least optimism with regards to this house. You might be in favorable situations where sexual relations and money relations are fair and just. You might enjoy to expand your mind on 8H matters, like psychology, the occult, death and dying, and rebirth. You might want to learn how other cultures see or view death and the occult. You’re open minded about the occult and the supernatural, but sometimes you may jump to conclusions.

Saturn in the 8H: I bet some people think that if they have this placement, they will die virgins. Well, that is not the case. In astrology, there are many ways things can manifest, but certainly not dying a virgin. Saturn in the 8H can indicate someone who is serious about sex and sexual matters, therefore people might PERCEIVE them as cold or frigid. There might be OCD issues here and if Saturn is paired with the Moon ( and esp if Moon in the 6H ) there might be eating disorder issues. Someone with this placement might have a deep fear of failure and have anxiety over it. There is good deliberation over taxes and money issues. Slowly and cautiously. There might be skepticism over the occult and supernatural.

Neptune in the 8H: Some say this placement might be associated with the supernatural, mediumship, seeing ghosts, spirits, etc. It’s up to you to decide. Anyway, this placement is associated with a high level of intuition. Even if you don’t see dead people, you really know what is up. You can feel energies/vibes from people easily. You can pick up if someone is a threat or not. Maybe if you don’t see ghosts or spirits, you can feel when someone is watching you when no one is there. This is a placement for high creativity and inspiration. You may be interested in poetry, but also interested in fantasy and sci fi. You are a very deep person but you might get your feelings hurt easily.

Uranus in the 8H: Life is just expected for you. You may get into a lot of dangerous and unexpected things in your life. It’s important for you to drive safely, always, and to always be aware of your surroundings. You may also inherit money unexpectedly. There is creative and artsy potential here. There is some intuition and supernatural experiences, but it comes and goes. Sexual style make be quirky. You might have some interesting ways of viewing sex.

Pluto in the 8H: Pluto is at “home” here. These people like control, power, and privacy. They are extremely private about their sexuality… whether they are a virgin or not, how many people they’ve slept with, who they are with, who they like, etc. I know I don’t like people knowing that info about me or not. I’m a very private person about intimate matters. Pluto is all about obsession and depending on what planet it has contact with will show where obsession is at. Pluto-Moon contacts esp when 8H and 6H can indicate an eating disorder or an obsession with food. These people can be obsessive in many areas of life. They generally take no BS and can detect fakeness.
